Wooden Pendant, Peace Sign

The Peace sign was designed in 1958 by British artist Gerald Holtom for the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament march in England. It was quickly adopted by the anti-war, peace movement in the USA.  Despite attempts to degrade the intention of the symbol, the Peace sign has become one of the most recognized symbols for peace around the world. 

This wood pendant measures 1.75 inches in diameter. The design is laser engraved on one side only. The black cord is a waxed cotton material making it lightweight, flexible and durable to use. Each necklace cord is 2.0mm in diameter and 18”/ 45.7cm in length. It also includes a lobster claw clasp and extension chain so you can adjust the length as needed.
